James Stafford is a Qualified ACII and Chartered Insurance Practitioner with more than 40 years experience in marine and off-shore insurance, both broking and claims in London, Canada, Cyprus and the Middle East Gulf States (james.stafford@bmib.eu).
Kristian Groke is a Qualified Insurance Practitioner, Dipl. Betriebswirt Insurance, University of Cologne, with more than 35 years experience in insurance and reinsurance, captive management and accountancy in Germany, Luxembourg and Cyprus (kristian.groke@bmib.eu).
Account Managers / Brokers
Marek Perczak started his career in the marine insurance sector more than 15 years ago after obtaining a Master’s Degree in Management. He is a certified insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachmann) in Germany and has profound experience with account handling and broking (marek@bmib.eu).

Kerstin Jung is a seasoned international project manager and communications professional with over 20 years of work experience in Germany, USA and Cyprus. She speaks German, French and English fluently, and has a good working knowledge in Greek and Spanish (kerstin.jung@bmib.eu).
Yan Chan is an organized and adaptable administrative assistant with over 20 years of experience working in various office environments. She is trilingual, including fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (yan@bmib.eu).
Neophyta Theodorou is a computer skilled back-office manager with over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting and budgeting for local as well as international companies. She also served for more than 5 years in the advertising industry as a Digital Media Planner & Social Media Manager. She is fluent in Greek and English (neophyta.theodorou@bmib.eu).
Valentina Stavrinidou is a recent Economics graduate with strong data analysis skills and practical experience gained through internships in the maritime and financial sectors. Fluent in Greek and English, she brings a fresh perspective to the team (valentina.stavrinidou@bmib.eu).
